The webinar is the recording from the ACVIM Forum 2022 presented by Dr. Greg Lisciandro, DVM, DABVP, DACVECC.  Due to a medical procedure Dr. Lisciandro was unable to be present in person and because he bit his cheek his voice sounds a little funny at times.

There are some minor typos on a couple slides and our treatment sheet has not been peer-reviewed but was agreed upon by 3 DACVECCs and 2 DABVPs.  We have used the treatment sheet the past 12-years with success and very rare fatalities.
